The Hospitality Management students at Franklin High School are baking up something special!  Get ready to fill your home with the smell of freshly baked homemade bread, cookies, and pastries.  If you have ever eaten at Franklin's Partriot Inn, you know that it is operated by students from all 3 LPS high schools and Northville high school, and is open to the public and staff.

The Hospitality Mangement program allows students to gain practical hands-on knowledge and skills with a relevant and industry driven curriculum. The teaching staff is made-up of Chris Bednarczyk (not a chef) and Andy Lehmann (certified executive chef).  This package has been offered to us by Christine Bednarczyk, and is valued at $45.
