Generous donation from Keeth Heating and Air Conditioning in Plymouth is a Sensi Thermostat from White-Rodgers. (Retails for $225) This is a Wi-Fi Thermostat with remote access from your smartphone, tablet or PC.  The Sensi app walks you through the installation with step by step instructions and video demonstrations. You really can do it yourself. It’s a breeze. 

Sensi features:  works on heating and cooling systems with or without "C wire," multiple smartphones/tablets can control one thermostat, automatic daylight savings adjustment, will operate the HVAC system and settings even if Wi-Fi is disconnected.  Wiring requirements is a four thermostat wire.  If you have trouble Keeth Heating & AC can install for a nominal fee.

Keeth Heating & AC located in Plymouth has been in business for 60 years.  The original owner, now retired, Mel Christiansen, still goes to the office every day to help the current owners, Brett Vanderveen and Tim Mully.  Mel is the grandfather of a Churchill Marching Band drum line student.  Thank you Keeth Heating & AC!!
