Thank you to Brian Sole at the Great Lakes Taiko Center in Novi for donating 3 months of taiko drumming classes , valued between $150 and $185, depending on the age of the student.

Learn the fun and exciting art of Japanese taiko drumming at the Great Lakes Taiko Center in Novi. All ages are welcome. Classes start at 3 years old. Youth, Adult and Senior classes are also available. No musical background needed – A musical foundation is very helpful, but classes are taught in such a way that students without any musical background will not feel discouraged.

The mission of the Great Lakes Taiko Center is to share the joy of Japanese taiko drumming through classes, instruction, education and performances.  The Taiko Center is located at 43000 W. Nine Mile rd. Suite 309, Novi, MI 48375. We offer classes and instruction in Japanese taiko drumming for all ages and can be seen performing at various events throughout the year all around the state.
