Thank you to Zack, Manager of The Olive Store in Laurel Park Place Mall, for his donation of 6 specialty oils and vinegars.  The three extra virgin olive oils are Italian Reserve, Organic Tuscan Herb, and Meyer Lemon.  The three Balsamic Vinegars are Dark Chocolate, Raspberry, and 4 Leaf Balsamic.

Each of these 60mL bottles was hand-picked by Zack for someone who appreciates marching bands as much as he does. Zack played the alto sax all through high school and college.  He attended Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp 7 times and participated in their international program.  His small high school outside of Traverse City had to do a lot of fundraisers too.  He wishes us luck on our auction!  Please stop by to say hello - especially if you play the alto sax!
