Welcome To The Auction!
The 2014/2015 Churchill High School Marching Band has 15 graduating seniors but anticipates bringing in 40-50 new members next September. We do not have quite enough uniforms to properly outfit our current 140 members, and we have none at all for our new members in the fall. Knowing that the school district is struggling for funding, we do not anticipate that they will be able to help us purchase any new uniforms.
The purpose of this auction is to raise money for 50 marching band member uniforms. Uniforms cost $475 each so our goal is to raise $23,750.
All items up for bid in this auction have been donated by local companies, organizations and individuals. As you look through the interesting options, please make a mental note of the donors and remember to show your appreciation for their community involvement the next time you visit them.

Winning bidders will be contacted at the end of the auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:
- Unless stated otherwise for individual auction items, Winning Bidders can pick up their items in the Churchill High School Cafeteria either 6:00PM-7:00PM or 8:30PM-9:30PM on Tuesday December 9. Please join us for the CHS band and orchestra holiday concert in the auditorium 7:00PM-8:30PM. Tickets are $3 per person.
- Shipping may require an additional fee, and not all items are shippable. Contact the Auction Administrator For Details.
General Auction Information
- The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
- When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
- The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
- You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.
